I don’t care what they call it as long as we have got it back, also well done to all concerned in getting it done

I don’t think so
Their ground is in Methil isn’t it NI, Bayview Park

Third for me, once saw Gainsborough play Spennymoor and my home town club Worksop play Boreham Wood
I’ve got it, it was a friendly and we have played a few Scottish teams in friendlies, I have seen Ayr United and Clydebank
I was going to say it isn’t in the South, but it was Denton not Barrows from Lynn
I am not sure what you mean CMC with the away shirt
Shh… top of L6 – Doh!
I don’t care which division we are in, we are in this division starting again after the worst 5 seasons I have witnessed in 62 years following the club, the club is buzzing again and it doesn’t matter if we are in this league if we are winning most of our games and scoring some goals, there is no better feeling on a Saturday night than winning the game, I think most supporters are really enjoying this season because it can’t be any worse than the last five.

Simon is a real nice bloke, I am surprised he isn’t on the Board but probably Work related.

I listened to it on the Radio and agree with some people who went or watched it on TV, we are either losing or drawing away from home so why not have a go away from home playing the football we have played against Spennymoor and Bishop Stortford and try to blow teams away, it isn’t like we are having an occasional away win.

A lot of good performances today, won’t argue with Denton but wouldn’t have been surprised if Whitehall had won it, he put a good shift in.

I was talking to Roj Raheem last night and asked him about the ground situation and he said it was progressing well

Struggled since Beestin and Clunan got injured

There has been nothing in the Gainsborough Standard about us moving there up to now

and like Jimmy Dean he is an Iron through and through after his gesture, and I understand he is top drawer around the Club.

For the second game running I wasn’t there because the Car is at the Garage, I don’t like listening on the radio because they give you the impression we rarely look dangerous, but a great result and hopefully will give Jimmy Dean a boost with his recovery, also pleased to hear Jacob Butterfield get a massive round of applause when he came off, only downside was the few who threw flares which didn’t impress the commentators

I am certain if we were taken over by the Saudi Royal Family we would have people asking the question if they had the funds, if they have passed the fit and proper tests and satisfy the Football Authorities you would imagine they have, it is time to stop posting about finances and let them get on with it because that is their problem not ours.
The haven’t been owners a day yet so give them a chance to sort it out, Hilton wasn’t given it rightly or wrongly, I know Simon and Roj pretty well to talk to and they are both Iron through and through, met Michelle once and I know she is a Iron as well, let us just let them sort it in their own way and stop jumping to conclusions, they will know the priorities, let us just call them the dream team

Also depends who is with her NI, certainly a person with Scunthorpe United in her blood

I sadly won’t be there today, car is at the garage so I can’t get there, and definitely not back on the bus

I am talking of last Sunday, a lot can happen since then, even the chairman denied after Jason Herbert’s post
According to Jed they had only enquired Pele
I was talking to Jed Hallam one of Trinity’s directors on Sunday, and he said he hadn’t heard anything about us going to play there and it wouldn’t be easy because of fixture clashes etc, and there is other obstacles would need sorting
I used to love listening to Odyssey, I had some of their records in the 80s
According to a Trinity director he hasn’t heard anything about it and it would be difficult at this part of the season, but didn’t rule it out completely, by Hilton he said the ground can’t be demolished and Peter Swann stole it from the club to pay for his mistakes and wants him to pay for his errors
I can’t see how it can work especially season ticket holders with seats, how do you scan tickets for anywhere and they are still selling tickets and car parking for GP for Buxton and Bishop Stortford
it didn’t Sanfran
I didn’t know Hilton was a developer, but deals in property, also why has he spent all this money trying to get back into the National League, to me nothing makes sense what is happening at the club but I think rightly or wrongly a lot of people are jumping to conclusions and looking at the worst scenario, and if you haven’t seen his Rolls Royce that must have cost a fortune.
It wasn’t a classic but I thought it was a good game and fairly even, they were a good side and not diving about like Buxton, certainly missing some of our better players and both keepers making a great save each, also we hit the woodwork twice, my biggest criticism is with Clunnan, Scales and Beestin out there is a lack of shots at goal, same last week
I can’t imagine my home town club pay a signing on fee to anybody to be honest
