So NLI you were part of Wharton staff leaving the club with the biggest debt on the books shame on you, left the same time as Wharton did we.

A very spiteful and pathetic post. You just can’t help yourself, can you?

Bit uncalled for. What about the £11m debt Swann ran up?

To be fair he responded further down. But again, how do I know that’s really him?

The biggest issue is that no one knows what is the truth and what is a genuine troll. I’ve seen the comments and response and my first thought was it could never be proven and it seemed like a wind up to me.

I’ve also seen White/Hilton’s response saying it’s not him.

There needs to be some firm lines drawn.

    1. Only communication with Fans has to be formal through the club, not via any social media outlet.
    2. Disassociation with any members/admins of any social media groups.

Maybe then all this BS will stop.

I also do not agree with how the banning orders have been handled and it’s a sad day for the club that genuine supporters are no longer welcome. I fear the situation is only going to get worse.

I replied back to the statement, but it went when the post was deleted too.

Realistically, however much it galls me, fundamentally any funding priority must be the team rather than the ground. A push to get back into the EFL would make the club more prospective as going interest than having £100’s thousands of additional debt in legal fees against it. As is stands I do not see who in the right mind would want to invest in Scunthorpe United in it’s current position. The only way to do so is by cutting back the debt and stopping future exposure (such as legal fees).
