Good battling and no defensive mistakes leading to a goal and by that I mean actual defenders.
Was surprised to see Rowe as a RWB but he did pretty good to be fair.
Ogle in a back 3 is perfect for the other 2 with his pace!
Front 3 caused problems all match I feel as though Marsh could’ve had a goal if he didn’t try get inside the 6 yard box.
Not sure what is up with Beestin better from him but still not offering enough and seems to of lost so much pace.
I know we was on top but felt like a substitute would’ve helped, I think Feeney is best used as an impact sub and I’d of brought him on for Marsh/Beestin.
Give it to Curtis Woodhouse!
Always done a decent job on a low budget, said he would do it for free until Christmas then see what they think of him. Applied when Cox was sacked and was told he didn’t have the experience which to be honest doesn’t really matter.
Nothing to lose!
Also loves 4-4-2
Curtis Woodhouse… done a cracking job in non league with limited resources.
LOVES 4-4-2
Has even said he would do it for free until Xmas to show what he can do.
Got nothing to lose I say!

Giants?
Loan system needs ending?
Then how would the likes of MacLean, Cork, Lansbury, Yates, Toney to name a few thrive when they did with us?
Highly rated CM on loan and he doesn’t even come off the bench absolutely shocking… start him ahead of Gallimore/Beestin!

A repeat of the last time they visited… 4-0!
What’s the FA Vase competition then who’s that for?
The starting XI could only draw with Farsley after an hour before all ten outfield players were subbed.
We still need those forwards!
But beat Sheff Utd….
Ethan Young was awful in every game unfortunately. Correct he isn’t a LB but he couldn’t do the basics for me and that is worrying.
He would get bullied at CB by so many strikers.

To be able to read his tweets without being a follower as Samways said earlier.
Just follow him what’s the difference?
If BPA & FC play their strongest teams, then these next two games will show us where we are – as long as we play our strongest team too.
You’d expect a NL team to notch a 1-0 or 2-0 win against NLN teams.
No coincidence that both of these fixtures are away games! You’d expect that yes but Macclesfield smashed York City 4-0 yesterday and they are 3 leagues below them.
Think we all saw this last season. Very small for a LB and defensively isn’t good… play him left wing for me!
4 ex iron there now.
Spencer, Butroid, Hornshaw and Andy Butler joined last week.
SIX….
Dave Syers has been there awhile now and also Steve Thornber is assistant manager.
I’m not going to get excited over a performance against Sheffield United defending that resembled a pub team.
Man Utd have had pub team defending for the past how many seasons now so should the opposition not get excited after a win against them?
Butt was a good player back in the day, not anymore. Rather give a chance to Shrimpt, Cribb, Moore-Billam.
No thanks we need quality and experience in the middle! These lads ain’t ready.
been thinking for a while ..had to have a couple of pints ..n still cant name only one from my generation
Steve Cammack
Andy Flounders
Jamie Forester
Billy Sharp
Alex Calvo Garcia 1999Garcia a striker?
I’m sick of signing left backs… yes scunthorpe United twitter its 3 signings in 2 days… yipee… we didn’t really need a left back we need wingers/strikers/forward thinking players!!!!
What a joke
Get some forwards in gods sake this is utterly embarrassingDaniel is a forward thinking player he can play left wing or even upfront!
Absolute work horse but not sure what people really saw in him. Technically he was sub par, decision making was dodgy at times and as mentioned above, his passing was poor.
I’d take Gallimore over him for sure. Cribb has a lot more about him and Moore-Billam has a little bit of everything including decent physicality like Gallimore.
Whitehouse is impressing on trial as well. Pugh is ok if he’s used strictly as a break up player who keeps it very simple, any thing other than that and he’ll struggle.
Pugh has fantastic energy but for the reasons above, I wouldn’t class him as a box to box midfielder as he’s too limited.
You’d take Gallimore over Pugh? Based on what… what has Gallimore shown?
What has Cribb shown? Never saw him have a game better than a 6/10!

What are the true figures Steve?
Less than them above
Load of rubbish…
O’Neill £510?
KDT £800?
Green £870?
Perry £900?
Jarvis £1500?
Not a chance they was on these wages nowhere near!
Need a GK!!!
Taft here – we need one CB; Taft not – we’ll need two.
Not sure why we’d need a LB. O Malley with Lewis as back up. No real problem.
RB/Utility a must.
Someone to play wide with pace.
Two CMs.
Two forwards. As it currently stands – we need 8 in.
Start of training +3
Lewis LB is a definite NO!
He is a left winger and it clearly showed when he was LB last season that position is not for him… him and Wilson as wingers would be brilliant alongside Feeney to help them.

Need a keeper…
O malley Taft and boyce might be good enough. Badly need a right back.
Midfield is dreadfully short. Be nice of Hallam to maybe turn up from time to time?
Nuttall I think could be okay with another nippy striker playing off him.
But like others have said we are well short. Need another 6/7 atleast… and not rejects nobody wants in august either.
Jai Rowe RB?
Feeney £225k
Who on earth is paying £225k for Liam Feeney? A free transfer would be expensive.
Free transfer I’d be snapping him up anyday if I were another club. Bags of experience can still perform easily just a shame he had absolute trash around him!

Wouldn’t pick O’Neill for my Saturday league team absolutely dreadful if he is around the team next season god help us!
There is a god!
Utter shite he has done fuck all, he wasn’t even good enough for National north York City.
It’s signing tossers like him and O Neill why we were relegated.
I very much doubt that.. if he had been playing week in week out with poor performances then yes!
Rather him than some of the other so called attackers!
Also who said he wasn’t good enough for York City? He was playing wasn’t he then the season got called short for them.

And to think in both play off games against Millwall he was a sub!
Shocking management!

So as it stands…
In a 4-2-3-1
GK: Foster
RB: Millan
RCB:
LCB: Taft
LB: O’Malley or LewisCM: Beestin
CM: FeeneyAttacking Right Mid:
Attacking CM: Perry or Hallam
Attacking Left Mid:Striker: Nuttall
Bench:
Moore-Billam (CM)
young (LCB)
O’Neil (Striker)Young at CB? Not that I want him there but..
Lewis attacking left mid and Wilson attacking right mid
Why would you want this team to lose? It is practically a team of young lads that shouldn’t be playing as many games as they currently are.
Rowe, Young, Wilson, Gallimore, Moore-Billam, Lewis did well today. 5 academy graduates too.
Sorry but Young was shocking against Stevenage!!
Yes he’s young and he’s a CB playing out of position but his passing was all over the place, barely got stuck in and for a guy his size couldn’t win a header.
Just when you think it can’t get any worse it does, how can bunn and hallam be on the bench when we need toscore goals.
We are going down without as much as a wimper we are the worse team I have seem in years and it breaks my heart to even think about going to games.
Can’t see me going again this season as it just kicks you in the what nots every time you go
That is why they’re on the bench because they can’t score goals!
Hallam why on earth have we still got him…. rather have Poulter on there who knows how to score!
