Surely it is Swann’s responsibility to register this strip of land? Is he prepared to do that? Obviously not, or else the issue would be resolved. Then this issue wouldn’t be a stumbling block for Hilton.

Agreed it wasn’t an issue all the time Swann owned the club.Due to him selling the land this issue seems to have come up with the prospective buyer. It may have been not spotted when Wharton sold to Swann,agreed,but a buyer needs total assurance this won’t come to bite him on the bum in the future? Please tell me if my thinking is not correct.
