Disagree. The freeze frame at the actual moment of contact of the through ball, the runner is clearly offside ( not even just!) We were virtually in line and all around us knew he was offside. No blame for Ogle.

Ogle was looking down the line, switched on ,and knew he was offside. He immediately put his hand up and it was only the incompetence of the linesman that was the problem.

Sad to hear . My lasting memory of Ian was when he slid in at the back post (at the railway end) to make it 2-0 in the famous play-off match against Crewe.R.I.P.

By the way Deeryme, what is your standard of good?
If I said stealing is good and you said stealing wasn’t,whose standard are you using?
How could you justify you are right,in your atheistic worldview?
If you said it was for the “good of society “,you are repeating what is said in the video!!

Deeryme66- when I realised you didn’t understand the difference between subjective meaning and objective meaning ,I realised it was pointless to carry on posting on this topic.I would recommend you look up the difference.

I realise you have a Christian worldview of life ( the bits you like!)even though you don’t accept there is a Creator.
If the whole world was led by a dictator like in North Korea, would that be wrong?
If you say yes,why would it be wrong? Who decides how we should live as a society?

Some people have been criticised for saying “Pride is not a virtue it is a sin”.
I’m pleased we have freedom of speech in this country, compared to some countries around the world.

Maybe have a look at all the recent videos and dismiss them after viewing. What have you to lose? They are only ten minutes each one.

Your presupposition that there is no God is seriously challenged in the videos. This is why you will not even look at them. The crack of the curtain if slightly opened will give you problems. You are saying there is no God ,but when your presuppositions are challenged you foolishly ignore them. If you think I am trying to “get one over you” ,you are sadly mistaken.

Because you have been brought up with nobody attacking your faith in atheism, using the well trusted lines atheists use about non- belief in a God etc having silent Christians not challenging your position or giving solid argumentation ,you feel threatened when someone challenges your presuppositions.

I call you living in foolishness because you do. No defence in your atheistic worldview. All the videos are to show this. You cannot defend your position of atheism and are unwilling to do so. Foolishness is a correct word to use.

😂😂😂😂😂. You have no response to the video and the other videos.
By the way what is a good faith debater? If you have compelling evidence ,how would I have a leg to stand on? You speak in riddles and foolishness.

I would love you to take me down a peg or two, give rebuttals and give the flaws in the arguments presented. Go on Siderite ,give me a good kicking with solid arguments against the video. You know you want too. What’s stopping you?

…but that example can be analysed and dismissed as nonsense.
You realise debating the video I posted would leave you without a defence.
That’s the difference. That’s why you resort to foolishness.

I am claiming no-one has debated the recent videos I agree with. I am telling the truth, not trying to “catch someone out” and saying “got ya”. The truth is no-one on the atheist side is willing to debate. And there is a reason why. (waiting for the usual ad-hom attack,as always.)

NI—Let’s say your made up scenario was true, can you give any flawed arguments to the questions and answers ,that were “staged”. If so ,would be pleased to think about your objections.

No one has debated ANY of the videos😂
“There is no point in debating with BPG or engaging. There is no good faith in debate with him”

Any other takers on bringing down Turek’s flawed arguments ( the usual crew?)

“I’ll perhaps come back to it.Either way it doesn’t have a bearing on or validate your desperate(😂)desire to prove absolute truth and’objective meaning via the existence of a God.”
Oh yes it does, and you know it.Your unwillingness to comment on the video shows deep down you know.

    Strawmanning a young student?
The truth is you have no defence for your worldview position.
If you did, your explanation for Turek’s flaws in his arguments would be posted thick and fast. Your,” I haven’t the time “, is an admission of your presuppositions being flawed. But hey, what does the Bible say!

“I wish someone would stop him yapping and take him to task over every flaw in his argument”.
I agree with Frank Turek ,that’s why I posted the video. Please feel free to take him and me to task and explain every flaw in the argument.
This is what I was hoping you were going to do,rather than accusing him of academic bullying.

    Your post aug 15 6.23pm.
“Not a simple answer right or wrong and I have an issue with how this geezer Frank Turek has presented it.So I need more time to consider and give a lengthier response, needs a bit of unravelling IMO.”
You certainly answered the title of the thread.
You didn’t answer the video in any way on an intellectual level.the to and fro of the video, please give the objections to the questions asked, and how you would have responded.
