People blasting music at full volume with their windows down in cars. Two points
1 others don’t always want to hear or indeed have their day disrupted by loud annoying music
2 I believe concentration levels are reduced for the driver in such conditions.
No hard evidence but I believe loud music in your ears is distracting from the main job in hand which is driving the car in a safe manner.
