Connor Smith has been a dreadul signing so far. I hope he improves for next season.
At the back is more important. Barrows or Jb needs releasing as we have Rose, Starbuck, Jb and Barrows for RB.
Maybe Keep JB and have him as a back up option CB against teams with pace ?. Next season if we ever did switch to wing backs, Jb could fit in well flying down the right side. Defensively questionable, but is Barrows much better ?
I think JB would offer more versatility as a squad option.
If we’re unable to sign Westbrooke, we may even stick Rose in CM with Beestin and Rowley. He looked good there before going off crocked.
