The problems stem from more than 1 person, I think we all know that. Cox is a big part of it though as he defies logic and his tactical nous is absolutely awful.
Tonight’s team he fielded was strange/stupid and he said after the 1st match, yes the 1st game of the season that it reminded him of last season where the players just sort of did what they wanted.
Taking into consideration it’s a near new squad of players you have to seriously question Cox. Put it this way, if this carries on along the same theme as last season with a fresh squad of players then I know who I’ll be blaming.
It’s his job as a manager to get his tactics across if a fresh squad of players don’t take them on board then it the book stops with him as that’s his job.
