I feel sorry for Michelle and the board, doing all they can to ensure the club survives, whilst the team and the Manager put in a peformance like that!!
Not sure if we have options to bring in a new manager at this stage?
But more importantly can we get a striker in on loan before its to late – or does are budget prohibit that.
All of a sudden the play offs no longer seem certain – or am I panicking to soon?

Ive always believed footballers that cheat – abuse the ref – time waste etc are a reflection of the teams manager.
So if he tells them not to do it then it shouldnt happen – if they ignore his instructions they get subbed/dropped.
But we all know that no modern day manager has the balls to do that in particular the top leagues.
So until they do it will continue….with yet more VAR interference – so pleased its not in our league :)

Interesting to read the latest post on Portchat regarding the ref – he refs in the Bootle area just down the road from Southport!
Dont suppose this would happen in the EFL but now we find ourselves in the NLN I suppose the pool of refs is smaller so this is more likely to happen.
Still some may say it shouldn’t be allowed.
