The best Oi band ever!
Agree that we need more on field captains. No disrespect to Feeny, but he is not going to do it from the bench. Maybe Butterfild or even Nuttall?

There comes a time when you tire of sitting there twiddling your thumbs, and feel the need to take action.
There is not much impact to be made at any time or place, other than on the pitch during the match. You cannot invade the pitch, so tennis balls are an option. I’m just glad that there was no misbehaving during the minutes silence and the national anthem.

I have to wonder about Feeny. I do believe him to be one of our better players. So is he not match fit? Feeling his age or what?

Afaik you can declare yourself bankrupt and the company would go to the official receiver. Trouble with that is he would lose all his other businesses and be banned from starting any other businesses for a number of years. No chance whatsoever of Swann doing that. It is only The Iron that he is prepared to send down the river. He is a truly vile specimen, even fans of other clubs hate his guts now…

This link not behind a pay walk.
The horse itself is pretty good, only one win but been placed more often than not.
Such a shame she belongs to that prick!
This Apter guy has been painted as a really great asset for the Iron, so in the absence of injury, why was he subbed? We are not a top light club, it’s bad enough that we continue sacking managers, but to mess around with the first team players half(ish) way through a match is stupid beyond description.
If Butterfield, Feiny and Apter are our best players, then make them first on every team sheet and train the others to give them the ball at every opportunity.
Ain’t rocket science itz!
I don’t believe any of the rubbish made up about President Trump. They are so worried that he could get elected again, they’ll try any old shite.

No, it’s in case of emergencies!
Blimey, how did you find that old thread?
There was an old lady from Ealing
Who had a peculiar feeling
She laid on her back opened her crack
And pissed all over the ceilingBoom boom!
RIP QUEEN ELIZABETH THE SECOND!
Things are never going to be the same again.

War criminal!

Just pointing out how bent a bat Swann is playing us with. I could have said more chance of s**t out of a rocking horse!
More chance of Tony Blair admitting to being a war criminal and lying about WMDs in Iraq.
I was hoping he would go 4-4-2, and he did. But it was a mistake, we no longer have the players needed for that system. They have been training to play 4-3-3 or 5-4-1.
A real manager is needed, interims never work, and Daws has had enough chances…

Looks like Nuttall and Carver start up top, 4.4.2? I hope so!
UTBI
Over the hill and far away?
“Tinkywinky!”
“Dipsy!”
“Laalaa!”
“Po!”“Where have the teletubbies gone?”
Balamory..
Perhaps we could sign the now ex manager of Motherwell. Graham Alexander was ok when last he managed us. Unfortunately I doubt that he would work with Swann again.

Imo Swann was/is the problem. No manager can possibly work with the restrictions Hill was under. The problem therefore is still there and doesn’t appear to be f’ing off any time soon.
What we are going to get is a hyped up national league misfit, who will get a couple of wins in the beginning, and when the cracks start to appear he will say that he hasn’t had the time to put his stamp on the team. He will buy whomever he can on the tiny to non existent budget. Then when he runs into a brick wall, he will be fired and off we go again.
We desperately need to get rid of Swann. He is a disease to this club, and perhaps someone will make an offer he can’t refuse, whereby putting him out of our misery.

Until we play Aldershot, then we will be bottom…
That was pitiful, goalie caught off his line from his own ‘clearance,’ would be funny if it wasn’t our goalie…
Players bood off after an absolute garbage first half. 0 – 1 down after failing to defend a free kick.
I worry about Beestin. Apparently it can take years to fully recover from long COVID. If he is still poorly he shouldn’t be on the pitch!
Being the sucker for punishment that I am, I’m actually looking forward to this one. Not putting any money on it because I fear I might jinx what could be our first good match of the season!
UTBI COME ON!!
Our total history against Halifax is that we have beaten them twice as many times as they beat us. Not many draws so maybe we (or they) are due a draw.
That is where my tenner is going.
Hell of a lot of unsubstantiated guff and conspiracy theories in this thread. Awaywego even has a crystal ball and can watch a conversation between Lee and Peter. Amaze balls! As in most corners of life, when the going gets tough, just make stuff up to handle the woe and uncertainty
Noon blue apples?
With the risk of sounding like a broken record, I would have to say give the lad a chance. He might well be pants, but on the other hand might well be better than what we have.
Best of British luck to him…
