“In my wildest dreams I’d like to see 4/4/2 with Shields and Wilson out wide with Pugh or Bunker alongside Butterfield or Beestin”.

Have you dropped Fewster after 1 game?

“there are arguments here about comprising the neutrality of the civil service”.

Civil servants are allowed to accept job offers outside the service, so neutrality is no longer an issue.

Proxy war: a war instigated by a major power which does not itself become involved.

So to call it a proxy war Fans must believe the war was instigated by the west or the US.

Not the first time he has aligned with Farage.

Hancock is crying that there is “absolutely no public interest case for this huge breach”, and describes it as a “massive betrayal”.

Not as big a betrayal as to those who had family members die in social care because Hancock DIDN’T put his “arm around them”.

It was Hancock who decided to seek publicity in the jungle, who oversaw the corrupt fast lane, who clearly craves to be a media star and couldn’t wait to release his book to profiteer on the deaths of so many.

It was thicko Hancock who chose a writer with a record of “betrayals”, a writer who is a partner of the Reform group leader, who has an agenda against the lockdowns.

Was he so stupid not to ask why she didn’t want paying to write the book?

With his over inflated ego, he probably concluded that she was desperate to work with and be associated with the big …cock!!

Was just about to post about THE UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY, but you are already on it.

Not only did the whole UK benefit from the unique opportunity, a Tory PM negotiated a set of opt out benefits that these Tory dimwits have thrown away.

I was appalled to see fully grown Geordies drinking lager with their shots. Many of them peaked too soon and completely missed the match.

Ian Paisley Junior has already said “it doesn’t cut the mustard”.

I doubt if he has even read it. Some are in it to object to everything as they know they will lose their influence by agreeing. The DUP have no intention of power sharing when Sinn Fein are the major party.

Plenty of vomit spat around yesterday so it lived up to its name. First pub we came to after parking up. Met the criteria, had a telly, didn’t need a ticket to get in, decent choice of real ale and found seats!!

Such a major unnecessary change, and a large proportion of the population don’t know about it. Where is the multimedia public information campaign?

The Government don’t want young people to vote!!

The Victoria Comet. It’s some record isn’t it. Took great pleasure winding my Toon friends up that the Iron’s Wembley record is better than their’s.

Long afternoon in a Newcastle pub today. Amazing support in the city during and after the game. Their fans were still happy even though they lost again.

“Jacobs Crackers were hide to find in supermarkets, King Of Shaves Gel still seems impossible to get and the latest oddity is Wrights Coal tar soap”.

Aubergines and peppers. Never had any for the first 20 years of my life. I suppose I can survive a few weeks.

Not the point though is it.

I’m sure that Braverman, Sunak, Anderson and the hardworking Raab will be quick to condemn the rioting mob.

Struggling to find a link to confirm this though.

Not worth a bet because I think you’re right. Probably the very reason he was appointed was to add a bit of rough to appeal to the red war voters where the Tory votes are under threat from Labour and the Reform lot. Hence my first post, could add cynical to desperate to describe Sunak’s decision to appoint him.

Is Rene a fake account for Alcy? Probably not, Alcy would be predicting we will finish 24th.
