Woking fan here – obv not at your game but midweek our striker Ashford went down heavily, broke his collarbone and was helped off in huge pain, with gas and air to steady him. No question of our players abandoning the game – it was an unfortunate football injury. We are not alone but we have had several very distressing, career ending injuries over the last few years and never a question of abandoning. I can understand when its a Christian Eriksen type situation ( even that was played though) but this seems absolutely bizarre.
I guess the referees report will be key but haven’t great confidence in the officials or the national League hierarchy to make the correct decision
