Do they as a team work on, how it will not help the team if we have subs in injury team that disrupts the flow of a team that had created chances and scored them ??

I think Saturday’s result depends on which AB turns up to do the team selection and team talk. If it’s the aggressive “I demand a win” AB who plays Robert’s Wide on the right Whitehall and Farrell as a front 2, we will probably get it! If it’s “let’s not lose” AB who plays Whitehall up top on his own with Roberts at the top of a midfield diamond, then we will concede early goals and lose. If it’s “in two minds” AB then a raft of second half subs will ensure a draw or defeat! Renee will set the odds on which AB it will be!

Being up and at ’em from the off? Passing and creating space instead of hoofing it?

We are ‘jack of all trades’ and certainly masters, just, of 2 of them !
Said at the start of the season set a shape that works more than the others over a season, then get the square pegs for the square holes. With the substitutions if they do not need to be made then do not just for the sake of it. Stability is todays requirement.
And re focus, use what happened to Walsall last season as the warning sign. Ignore much longer and trouble beckons I fear and we should all remember that season in div 1 going well by being ‘US’ and then someone got clever and what was the end result ?

It came from same person who told me Fitzsimmons was off to Northampton in January last season and yes Ewing is the player

Until the last 5 matches I would have thought he could have done better than that.
