If Gjoshe doesn’t get a game tonight then why is he still here?
If Beck isn’t getting a start has he any future here?
No news on Rose, how long is he missing?
Have Brogan and Eze any motivation to impress?

I wonder if Ross Barrows might get some minutes this evening? If his rehab has gone to plan he must be ready to kick a ball in anger. However, he might take a look at the pitch and decide it is too dodgy to risk it! Wouldn’t blame him!

Could be down to rules on players who have to start the game Cass, but yes if Beck and Gjoshe aren’t brought on pretty dam quick tonight then yes we should be looking at paying off their contracts as cheaply as possible.

No one with a contract is going to be inclined to be paid off as cheaply as possible.

Yes don’t enter the poxy competition again, crowd down over 500 from the last match so what they’ve gained in prize money they’ve lost most of it with the lower crowd, serves them right.

Competition got the attendance it deserved, tone deaf by the club to enter it.

Hopefully we withdraw next year or they decide to kick the U21’s out

Who played CB after Boyce, Horton & Starbuck went off? Scales? – to win all the high balls into the box!
Good result BTW, well done lads.

The early substitutions that all the NL managers make turns it into a farce anyway. Might as well have arranged a behind closed doors friendly against a local(ish) club.

Hopefully Halifax will win one of their remaining two games and we won’t have to play in the New Year.

But concur with CT, good win and should build a bit of confidence going into the cup game.

Our goals were all decent with some real nice build up play and finishes (even Beck’s!). On that showing I’m glad Foster didn’t stay with us or decide to come back this season.

Brogan played CB after Boyce went off, with Gjoshe and Shipstone either side of him. Good to see TSF back and doing the business…we’ve definitely missed him these past few games.

Your views please on the performances of Gjoshe, Shipstone and Kian Johnson the keeper.

    Thank you.

Keeper made some decent enough stops but none you wouldn’t expect him to make. Not a commanding type, pretty small too. Kicking wasn’t too great either.

Bit unfair to comment on the other two as they are full backs who were playing in a back three, either side of Brogan who is in no way, shape or form a centre half. But they were both caught out of position a few times and pretty light weight.

Don’t think we’ll be seeing any of them anywhere near the first team.

Thought it was an entertaining game. Scales MOM, TSF looked hungry when he came on.

Gjoshe did ok, got caught out a few times by the pace of the Boro forwards but generally defended well. Shipstone looked lightweight and got away with a pass across the box that went straight to a forward.

Keeper had a good game, made some decent saves one a low down reflex stop early in the 2nd half.
