Time For The Board To Act

Butler’s contract should be terminated. It was a really stupid decision made by them to give him an extended contract, no need at that time. They made the decision and they need to sort this mess out pretty quickly in my opinion. I think one reason given was that Butler needed stability too, no person is bigger than SUFC.
He chops and changes the players every match, bringing silly loans in we don’t need at the expense of our regular team players. He changes the system we play every match, but what system, we don’t even have one. Is there any wonder our players aren’t performing. In my opinion he is the worst manager in our division by a long way.
His substitutions are terrible, even if we look to be playing better and come back with a goal, which is very rare now he makes stupid substitutions when not necessary.
Players come here looking good, Jones on the wing for instance, but he messes them about playing them out of position, or drops them for a loanee. The players form then drops.
I think Butler is a total car crash now for our club. When he first took over he inherited players, but now he has been given a free rein to sign his own players he has shown his inability to organise a good squad and get them playing even reasonably well together.
It is time for the board to act, we fans support our club every match through the turnstiles and we should expect the same from the board to do what is right. The football is a passion to our fans and not about having meals and drinks laid on and it would be interesting to know just what investment the Board are making currently into our SUFC.
Apparently the loss made last season is quite low compared to the tenure under Steve Wharton. What is all the current gate money being spent on.
Also i do not believe the current directors have enough experience wih the footballing side, otherwise they wouldn’t have allowed Butler to sign so many players which we do not need.
He has strangled himself with the free rein. Why do you think he was sacked ny Doncaster Rovers and also Doncaster Belles?
His attitude with supporters is disgusting.

As has already been said, several players have gone backwards since (and possibly including) last season.

Definitely a worrying trend.

IMO Butlers time is up and he needs relieving of his duties before we are totally screwed adrift at the bottom. He is making the club a laughing stock.
A loss v the Monkeyhangers and it has to be TAXI FOR BUTLER time.
