So we have opened talks with both Doncaster – Westbrooke and Hull – Sellars-Fleming. But Oteh may want more than our budget allows so best wishes Alamide.

December 11, 2025 at 7:42 pm #314199Presumably loan extensions not permanent transfers?
December 12, 2025 at 9:16 am #314208Permanent transfers would be a great Christmas present.
December 12, 2025 at 9:47 am #314210Albeit an expensive one!

December 12, 2025 at 10:51 am #314214Oteh was decent enough – worth a second look, I’d say (and the Peterborough Sports match this weekend would be / would have been ideal). However, it’d be nonsense to have a budget and wage structure and be prepared to bust it. Thanks for your (brief) service Mr Oteh, but we’re moving on.

December 12, 2025 at 10:57 am #314215If Oteh’s not prepared to accept an offer that would indicate he’s got a better offer or is holding out for one. Or has an alternative job / career to fall back on?

December 12, 2025 at 11:13 am #314217He couldn’t have been on much at TNS that’s for sure, with average crowds of 300.

December 12, 2025 at 11:48 am #314218From Wiki (so it must be right) he left TNS by mutual consent which would suggest he had something lined up. As BLT says he can’t have been on much there so either he or his agent are over ambitious when it comes to his worth. Also he’s never played more than 30 games in any season.
December 12, 2025 at 1:00 pm #314219I thought he left there in July after receiving racist abuse? Long time to be holding out for a decent contract
December 12, 2025 at 1:02 pm #314220Ah, the abuse was in July at an away match and he left TNS in Nov.
AI says TNS turnover is £2m
December 12, 2025 at 2:55 pm #314221£1.14 million in their latest filed annual accounts (year end 2024).

Chadwick deal ends in Jan. but not sure about Eze – would think Mr Butler has something in hand to maintain

December 12, 2025 at 4:49 pm #314225From NL News:-
“Grimsby Town are lining up a January move for Championship forward Ty Sellars-Fleming, who is currently on loan at National League promotion-chasers Scunthorpe United.”
December 12, 2025 at 6:01 pm #314227Be interesting to know the Cod’s budget, just to see how far behind we are, mind you what is our budget?
December 12, 2025 at 6:30 pm #314228December 13, 2025 at 12:48 pm #314244That’s come from Humberside. They’ve since reported that it would be a loan deal rather than a permanent one.
