The club are now selling retrospective “souvenir” team sheets of the recent “Legends” match at £2 a pop (plus £5 post if you don’t collect in person). These keepsakes omit the date of the match and any context. It will be a challenge for any Iron historians in years to come to understand when this took place and what was at stake.

We really are becoming avaricious, aren’t we?
    Getting embarrassing.
We used to be known as a well run club, (we weren’t), now we’ll be known as the Trotters Traders of the National League.

Ah, avarice! One of the seven deadly sins you know.

Give it a month or 2 and they’ll be on the windowsill in the club shop for fans to help themselves to one.

Strangely, when an Oscar Wilde character referred to someone knowing the cost of everything and the value of nothing, he was defining a cynic. Sounds more like our backroom staff leadership.

You don’t have to buy it,If people do it’s a few more quid. The club will have already stumped the cost of printing and they’re breaking the bank at £2.
