Man City buy a player for £30m
Has 2 seasons during which he was rarely considered good enough for their team.
Spurs buy him for upwards of £75m.
Tell me top level football is not crazy.
Top level football is not crazy.
Do you feel better now? :-)
Not so much crazy more a total joke, the money at the top seemingly frittered away in the transfer example mentioned and others is bonkers but it’s the reality our national game now embraces at the very top.
Thought you might be posting about slow burning high control dynamics of influential individuals in football supporter communities MKI.
Or, the stay at home king of sobriety, Jack Grealish. Which would have been even more incredible.
So that’s an extra £45m City have got to spend on solicitors fees.
They’ll need it!
