We don’t want you tripping on a divet
April 27, 2026 at 5:10 pm #319916Hopefully until the final whistle for either side, then let em celebrate.
April 27, 2026 at 5:19 pm #319917Do they need to be on the pitch to celebrate? You surely saw what the York player did.

Or a duvet

What did he do?
April 27, 2026 at 5:31 pm #319920Hit someone who pinned him to the floor?
April 27, 2026 at 5:43 pm #319922Just watched it. Looks like a Rochdale fan? If so, fair play to the York player decking him. Might stop him doing it again.
April 27, 2026 at 6:39 pm #319926Last time I tried going on the pitch I just avoided a Humberside Police Baton.
April 27, 2026 at 6:58 pm #319927Being on the pitch three times, Crewe in the playoffs that took us to our first Wembley appearance, Swansea playoff, and gaining promotion to the championship against Huddersfield I believe.
Special moments for us all.April 27, 2026 at 7:02 pm #319928Chester away (after the downpour) was a memorable pitch celebration!
April 27, 2026 at 8:18 pm #319929Forgot that one.
April 27, 2026 at 9:02 pm #319932Only invaded the pitch once. To congratulate Graeme Crawford keeping a clean sheet. Probably 10 years old.
April 27, 2026 at 11:17 pm #319935The one on a Tuesday night vs Reading to stay up in the Championship was a good one. Singing to Wharton in the directors box “he used to be tight, but now he’s alright…”

Special moments for us all. It’s a fair way from the top of a floodlight pylon to the pitch.
A couple of thousand Hull fans, at least, were the on the pitch celebrating promotion at Walsall, ratbag copper with a police dog wouldn’t let me on, hey ho.April 27, 2026 at 11:33 pm #319937We don’t want you tripping on a divet
Divot, you daft sod.

Was 64 thinking of Whitehall (Duvet) when he wrote that?
April 28, 2026 at 7:56 am #319941Looking at ticket sales there won’t be that many on the pitch. Very different to the Chester game where many couldn’t get a ticket. Surely this is a bigger step so would generate more interest. Maybe 6-6.5k assuming Southend sell their allocation
April 28, 2026 at 8:03 am #319942Not as much money in buying tickets with your ST and flogging them for a premium on Local Facebook pages this time round.
