I don’t care either way but if pushed into making a choice I would prefer Kings Lynn, too… Purely based on our home results against both teams earlier in the season.
April 29, 2025 at 12:51 pm #303680I’d favour Chorley based on KL knowing how to beat us recently. Granted we didn’t really show up till it was too late.

,,,and Lynn will bring more fans, better atmosphere to give the ground a proper buzz, the atmosphere against Chester was fantastic.
April 29, 2025 at 1:33 pm #303686Chorley average attendance is a couple of hundred higher than Kings Lynn and both a two hour drive away so would expect a few more away fans if it’s Chorley.
If we can’t beat either of them at home in front of circa 8000 then we don’t deserve promotion.

April 29, 2025 at 1:39 pm #303689Can’t remember the exact away figures from both home games this season but I thought Lynn brought a reasonable following.

Can’t remember the exact number of away fans for KL on NYE but I think it was a decent enough turnout?

April 29, 2025 at 3:00 pm #3037092nd Nov Chorley 2-1 KLT
5th Apr KLT 0-0 ChorleyI’ll go:
0-0 @ 90 mins
1-1 @ 120 mins.
Chorley 5-3 KLT pens.April 29, 2025 at 7:06 pm #303728I remember from last year’s comments on the highest crowd for a NLN playoff final, twas Halifax v Chorley nigh on 8000 with 2000 from Chorley 2017 mind.
So who knows what amount they would bring short notice and all.April 29, 2025 at 7:17 pm #303730Well if we can shift almost 7000 or near enough they won’t be bringing 2000 I’m guessing, what’s the safe capacity for the away end 1600?
April 29, 2025 at 8:27 pm #303735Which channel is this on?
April 29, 2025 at 8:30 pm #303736Don’t know, I’m just going old school https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/national-league-north/scores-fixtures
April 29, 2025 at 8:37 pm #303739It appears it isn’t on any of the ‘DAZN Live Event’ channels for those of us with that means..
April 29, 2025 at 9:43 pm #303747surely with a positive start we beat Chorley
April 29, 2025 at 10:04 pm #303748They often put events at our level on late.
