Best player in the world at the moment?
One thing is for certain, he scored a cracking goal the other night;
.
Kane Cracker v Atalanta
.
The goals from the game:
.
Bayern 4-1 Atalanta goals
.
Kane (32yo) & Salah (33yo) both miss a penalty but both score in their respective games and now both sit on 50 CL goals in their respective careers.
.
47 goals for Bayern so far this season!March 20, 2026 at 9:10 am #317755Shouldn’t this be on the “Who should The Iron sign” thread?

March 20, 2026 at 11:34 am #317762Worth a thread of its own probably although I’m sure it’s been done before. People have their own favourites and long memories.

March 20, 2026 at 12:20 pm #317765Kane – that goal up close & personal in slow motion
.
MaradonaesqueMarch 20, 2026 at 12:31 pm #317766The 7 is Kamaldene who has 25 Ghanaian caps.
The 4 is Isak Hien who has 26 Swedish caps.
Kane makes them look like two jacket spuds.
How did he get that much power & accuracy in to the shot when he’s basically stumbling & falling. Great strike – Great goal.

Just sayin like :-)
March 23, 2026 at 9:13 am #318075Kane is fantastic. I find it jaw-dropping that people have written him off during Euro 20 and Euro 24 when it was clear the system wasn’t suiting him rather than lack of ability. He has just about everything other than pace, and has a brilliant attitude and off the field demeanour. His playmaking, movement and finishing are right up there with the best. We are so lucky to have him, and tbh I can see him playing until he’s 40 given mobility hasn’t ever been the basis of his game. Conditioning side of game so advanced compared to 25 years ago – bonkers when you consider Shearer retired from England aged 30.

You could be talking about Mark Beck!
April 15, 2026 at 10:31 pm #319453Notched his fiftieth of the season in the win over RM tonight!
April 15, 2026 at 11:54 pm #319454How do the majority of their fans behind the goal see the game with all those bloody huge flags being constantly waved? Ridiculous.
