To find a way to take the momentum out of the game when the opposition are pressing.
We can’t have the pretend goalkeeper injuries anymore to engineer the tactical time out and momentum killer so we now have the players going down needing 4 or 5 minutes treatment when he was due to be substituted anyway. Add the substitute delay as well and you have a cracking 5 minute coaching delay without even having to suffer the 60 seconds with 10 men.
Of course it could have been genuine but the fact the Yeovil lad could only keep the comical limp going for half a dozen steps when he finally left the field probably suggests otherwise.
I would put a fair size wager on the lad being fully fit next week.
You expect this kind of nonsense from a Mark Hughes team or the Tamworths of the world but expected better of a club like Yeovil.
