Not surprising Rich, they’ve both said quite similar things to concerned Iron supporters. Started off nicey nicey but turned not so nicey nicey with those that refuse to bow to the master

Ilkeston fans like Paul and Pat sound as if they’re in a Hilton cult.

I’m glad it’s not just me who has noticed this. Some of those who support Hilton really do have a problem articulating their support without resorting to name-calling and insulting people. I suppose when you have to resort to that type of behaviour, it’s very much game, set and match.

I do not know. I do not pretend to know. I shall just play the waiting game and see what happens and shall hope that I understand it all then.
Clearly, Hilton seems to believe that he’s got a watertight lease on GP.
    Let’s all hope that’s accurate.
After all, there seems to be precious little to gain for him in being wrong about that.

Do you mean this Andrew Patrick Nally?
    Quoted from the Nottinghamshire post.

“Andrew Nally, of Victoria Gardens, Watnall, will appear before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 24.

The 44-year-old was charged with obstructing an emergency worker, resisting arrest and drink-driving in connection with the incident.”

I have seen that previously – the DoB and the year of the reported incident tie in with the reported age of the individual.
The locality is probably correct too.
Maybe there are two Andrew Patrick Nallys of the same age in the Nottingham area?
    Who knows?

My legal expert tells me that now Hilton has offered more than the ground is worth as a monthly payment, this puts the former chairman at a significant disadvantage if/when he opts to sue.
Apparently, for as long as that case runs – we cannot be expelled from GP.
These sort of cases often run for a very long time.
My guy thinks Hilton is playing a very clever game.

What strikes me is that Hilton:
Has no chance whatsoever to asset strip – so what he sez he is – he probably is.

No disrespect to your legal eagle friend Les, but wouldn’t they have had to have seen the agreement Messrs Swann and Hilton made to form a robust assessment?

This is what I’ve been to led to believe aswell , Les.

I won’t pretend to have a clue about how it will eventually play out mind

This geezer on Twitter sez Swann has served an eviction notice. I wasn’t aware that had happened already. Anyone know if its true?

I really haven’t a clue but I am truly starting to wonder if Hilton might have a pretty good idea what he is doing.
    ‘Urban speak?’ Sure am dude.

Why would you want to put all this time, effort and money in to buying a ‘business’ that loses over a million pounds a year (2020-21) ?

Why do you even care, AA ?. You’re confusing as you don’t even support Scunthorpe United.

So, what are you actually doing here ?

I care deeply as the club is being destroyed systematically.

Championship (with no debt) to where and what we are now in 12 seasons.

I’m not being negative, I’m not a lemming or a happy clapper… just a realist who sees the picture and not just the dots.

I genuinely fear that the rot will not stop next season and that we will be in a relegation battle once again.

I hope I’m wrong. However there is so much ‘wrong’ at and with the club that it’s going to be one hell of a challenge – on and off the pitch.

To be fair, they were right about the proposed Ilkeston move and ground issues, which were dismissed as rumours because Hilton once said we are definitely playing at GP next season.
