I am not even going to be polite, the man’s a complete and utter ####wit and has to go. Schofield too.

4-4-2 away at Leamington created chances Brogan star man and a brilliant performance from Evans, plus two goals scored.

A week later 5-0-3 a complete rabble. Brogan dropped, Evans looking an utter donkey and kicking the ball up in the air time after time. No goals and only one chance.

Sorry he has got to go, it’s crap.

    5 at the back.
    3 target men up front.
    2 small midfielders.
    Hoof ball up front.
What the hell is he thinking of, at home.
Either the players aren’t good enough to play this system or don’t want to play this way.
It’s all right doing it in training but looks like they do there own thing on a Saturday.

I was online with our defence all of the 2nd half .Our wide guys were generally pushed forward .The big problem was players not pushing out ,even when they were urged forward by the management .Clunan must be having an affair with Boyce as he didn’t seem to want to leave his side.It was embarrassing. .I’d take more water with it if I were you

The problem, as I see it, is that AB always says “we have done us homework”. What that seems to mean is “we have seen how the opposition play” and we then set up to match them and play their game. Unfortunately today they played with 1 up top and we had 3 to mark him and our 2 in midfield had to cope with 5. After 80 minutes AB & JS still hadn’t noticed>

Just listened to Stan’s post match interview after Alfreton, he is focused on the opposition too much.

We must get better at changing from defence to attack! What a negative tosser, be positive and get on the attack all of the time, and worry about getting better at turning attack into defence.

With only one shot on goal and a rabble formation something does need to change and it’s you, Butler.

3 games in 7 days and 3 different set ups says it all, the man’s bloody clueless.

Butler would say that he changes formation to match the team we’re playing against, in order to counteract their threats. Which is part of the problem.

Let’s hope Michelle and Co put an end to our misery soon. With a 2 week break it’s as good a time as any to make the necessary change.

At this level you shouldn’t need to do homework with a squad like ours, go out and try to win games 6-0 like we were at times last season, play your best available team and attacking formation, and let them worry about us, if you draw or lose you can’t say we put the effort in, I would hate Andy being in charge against a good side, yesterday was unbelievable we just tried to stop them scoring and hope for one chance, and fully behind Ironking on this, Was Boyce on the bench the last two games because if he was injured that might have been the reason for a positive formation, sadly I enjoyed last season under Dean because we were positive, this reminds me of when Alan Knill was here and all the sideways and back passing, but decent players for this level are looking awful in this formation.

Left Brogan out “because he’s played 2 games”!!!! How many has Clunan played? He doesn’t leave him out every 3rd game does he!! Unbelievable! I know it could be contentious but how about picking players on merit rather than favourites, it might work.

See Billy Sharp playing for Donny and Garry Hooper playing for Kettering in FA cup. If Hooper is playing at this level should he not be playing for us?
