Quite enjoyed having the chance to see the goals from last night’s Brigg match on United’s YouTube channel. Disappointed that the logo of the sponsor of goal footage is so big in the corner of the screen. Obtrusive and distracting. If you have to use it on club videos, at least make it smaller – or, better still, make it smaller AND use a .png transparency of the logo so that all the white around it doesn’t block out any actual picture information. If this is the standard for match footage through the season it’s going to be a tough year on the old peepers!
It’s way too big for the screen. Though with a transparent background their logo colours might get lost in the pitch? Better still would be to make it transparent and stick it top right against the sky backdrop. Less going on up there. And make it smaller but still legible.
