That little lad could have been me!!
November 18, 2025 at 9:14 pm #313368I see he’s scored again tonight against Gainsborough!
November 18, 2025 at 10:05 pm #313369Make that 2, so annoying he’s shite for us, had the chances but couldn’t hit a barn door, what the f are we doing letting him play in the trophy anyway he’s only on a month’s loan and should be back with us by the time of the next round, and should be playing to give our walking wounded a rest.
Butler did say a few on Saturday were playing with injuries wtf.November 19, 2025 at 8:23 am #313383A few Alfreton fans singing his praises on X. One’s wanting a permanent move for him.

November 19, 2025 at 11:05 am #313385H2O… level.
November 19, 2025 at 11:09 am #313386Scunny fans would sing his praises if he scored 3 goals in 2.5 games for us.
Alas no.November 19, 2025 at 11:28 am #313388He will score if you use him properly.

November 19, 2025 at 11:30 am #313389Properly or differently? Clearly suits their style of play. man of the match again too. A sale would work for everyone. Hope his current form continues

November 19, 2025 at 12:44 pm #313391It seems they are using him “properly” – we would need to use him “differently.”
Good idea but doubt they could afford his wages, rest of season loan with them paying part of his wages might work for everybody.1 user thanked author for this post.

Then let them have him on a permanent deal.
Would free up wages to bring a better striker in. EFL loanee perhaps?
November 19, 2025 at 2:49 pm #313396Can’t imagine he’d take the massive pay cut that would be needed for them to be able to sign him permanently.well at least to the end of his contract here is ended in the summer.
November 19, 2025 at 2:51 pm #313397You never know, they might be able to work out a permanent switch if everyone wants to make it happen. If he comes back from loan, I hope Butler can find a way of getting a tune out of him because he can clearly do it for some, but not for others.
November 19, 2025 at 3:32 pm #313401Deal was said to be an INITIAL 1 month deal.
If they can come to an arrangement leave him where he is getting game time. Working for Mark and Alfreton which is good.
