After the amateurish way they dealt with the Wealdstone issue I can’t see anyone wanting to deal with them

Very true ’64’ about the National league on the Wealdstone fiasco.
And that we won 2-1 against Wealdstone, so our goal difference should be 1 goal better, meaning we would go above Carlisle to elbow above them in the League, no pun intended, and be equal with Boreham wood.
At the end of the season that 1 goal could count massively..

Can’t see why we can’t have 4 up, 4 down and make the NL … EFL L3

I can’t help but think we’d vote against it if in the league

    You’re probably right.

The longer the escape ladder the wider the trapdoor.

Somewhat cynical, but sadly probably accurate.

I preferred the old re- election system.
Don’t think they got it to far wrong when in action.

Wouldn’t it be ironic if that goal they have taken from us counts for something after the final days games in April. Wealdstone away I may add for us, Iron on Tour again.

Lol, I was just thinking about that cloak and dagger, nudge and wink system.

‘This system was often described as an “old pals act” because the existing League members typically voted to keep the current clubs in the League, regardless of their performance, making it difficult for non-League teams to gain entry on merit alone.’

‘Nice bottle of claret and Cuban cigars when you return next season squire!’
