In agreement with most of your OP HI but if I could only choose one it would have to be:-
“Finally, stop worrying about how other teams are setting up, find your own system and style of play and STICK to it.”
We have NL players for a reason, they are limited in their ability and that ability needs to be maximised. “Be the best you can be” – NA every week) Get them comfortable with one system and in their correct position.
Absolutely.
Round pegs, round holes.
Play a simple system.
Play the system that they’ve all probably played since being 6 years old.
Muscle memory will play half the game for you.
Our players are deficient in one or maybe even a couple of areas at this level – that’s why they are here.
No disrespect to any of the players – as they all are still of a very good standard.

Simple, straightforward.
Limited players are familiar & understand it.
After 20, maybe even 30 years playing it in some cases… it’s second nature.
It’s autopilot, you don’t have to think, losing precious microseconds, instinct, what comes naturally.
Don’t try and emulate Pep; he’s got world class players.
Utilise what we’ve got to our best advantage.
