Not sure what’s going on with positivity Dave, but he spawned out of nowhere on Gareth’s post match reactions. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he’s not a club plant of some sort. In my opinion he’s too cringy not to be.
Why would the club “plant” a happy clapper?

Makes perfect sense. What best type of person to give limelight to, than a unshameful happy clapper who praises the club at every opportunity ?. I’m sure Butler in an interveiw mentioned positivity Dave in glowing terms. I just find it odd that he appears out of nowhere on Gareth’s post match interviews when he himself is deeply imbedded in the club.
I could just be overly suspicious, but just seems a bit strange. Did he even attend games before spawning in on Gareth’s post match videos ?
Even if he has independently appeared, of his own accord, his ingratiation techniques and social climbing to a position of public repute have been a bit much to stomach, for some people.
