It should never have gone to the USA with it’s current incumbent as president, it’s already a political minefield with perfectly legitimate officials with all the correct paperwork in place being banned because they come from a country Trump has targeted. This World Cup will be all about him as more bullshit rules and regs emerge, don’t give a monkeys who wins the tournament its ruined already IMO with over priced tickets and fans who have already paid banned from entering this ridiculous country, dangerous and pathetic from FIFA to suck up to this criminal corrupt politician.
It should never have been awarded to Qatar or Russia either.
As for awarding it to Saudi Arabia, that’s just ridiculous. But hey that’s FIFA for you.
