I think you might be surprised in the next few years – Ramadan typically moves forward approximately ten days in the calendar each year (starts 8th Feb next year), so stoppages in 3pm fixtures will be increasingly likely.
The less tolerant will presumably get extremely wound up, despite probably somehow managing to cope with fake injuries to goalkeepers to allow players to have a drink.
