If somebody told me at the end of last season that we would re-sign Whitehall and Roberts and lose Clunan, I would have snapped their hand off.
I don’t blame him for going back there with all the travelling he was having to do and missing out on his child. Fairly play to him, he did what was needed and got us up.
I think we need a more combative type in there anyway. I suspect Clunan may have gotten bullied in the National League.
