We should be looking at league two squad player loans who are used to the more physical demands of lower league football. Done right we can add sufficient depth where needed. A substantial injury to Whitehall and/or Roberts and we’re done for.
Perhaps but there’s equally no way we can afford to carry suitable replacements for them in the squad, nor will higher-up clubs be happy for their youngsters to come and sit on the bench at GP as cover.
