When one of their leaders mentions ‘competition’ in posts it’s pretty obvious a key driver in this formation is to provide competition to the Trust which I don’t think is healthy or needed. Why not just set up the fundraising group without it being a membership organisation with the same fee? Basically, it creates a formal division that may well deepen.
