Yes indeed a strange timing for a new contract/extension, lets hope the results don’t continue in the same vein as the last two games. Or else things will be rather sticky.
Just need to trust the board as they have done a decent job so far.
Surely using that contract money on the playing side would have been more advantageous? As many have stated a striker would have been more beneficial than a contract extension.
Take ETH at MU getting an extension in summer for them just to be absolutely DS this season.
