Good excuse for not doing stuff like ‘Dry January’. Don’t want to add to the number of people glumly muttering ‘I’m doing Dry January’. Feckin have a drink then ya miserable sod! Too much of this ‘I’m doing this, I’m doing that…’ because I’ve succumbed to publicity and marketing. Fine, if you actually want to do it. But don’t harp on about it like a feckin martyr every day! Then February comes and they go back to their 2 pints a week usual. Turns out they weren’t the crazy guys they made out they were.
