Beestin is under contract too; he’d be one of the first out of the door for me along with O’Malley. Those lads are conditioned to losing, along with Tom Pugh who hasn’t displayed enough for me to warrant a new deal
For the rest of the players, the first thing I’d be doing if I was Dean is getting them 1-1 and asking them why they want to stay And what they can offer. If the answers aren’t satisfactory then they’d be going on the transfer list.
This is one of the worst Scunthorpe United teams in our history and they have downed tools for a good part of this year. They have got away lightly in my opinion.
