I’m as frustrated as anyone at the lack of incoming personnel but historically most of the action is often towards the end of the month (although I think that may be too late for us) but unfortunately due to this its premature to comment on the chairman’s aspirations until the end of the window before then it is just speculation. I do think though that if there are no incomings then this may well give an indication to the future.
