A good chairman isn’t one who does the fans bidding its one who runs the club responsibly and hopefully in time can push the club forward. After Steve Wharton, Swann came in and stated the club would be run more professionally, well several years later, several stated failed ambitions later, one ground grab due to a self inflicted 11 million quid deficit later, we are where we are.
