What cannot be explained is why they are treating the Trust differently to a bunch of gamers.

I refer you to my earlier comment about ego, fear and grudge.

It’s also with noting that while FC100000 clearly promote their Champ manager plus scheme as a chance to own ,run and have a say in a club, the club itself downplayed the idea that they (FC100000) would have this involvement,a clear difference between the two parties .The real reason it failed?

    Half-baked and desperate.

Surprisingly they have not found a club daft or desperate enough to do a deal with them yet.

People that want to play Championship Manager for real but with other people’s money.

We’ve had the gambler and the fraudster. Some idiots nearly gave us the flaky chancers. A close shave

The gambler and the fraudster have thankfully left the building.

Dumb and dumber are still there sadly.

Things do not sound rosy at all behind the scenes. I like the idea the trust put forward but the reality is even if they could muster 100k together, it is sticking a plaster on a wound that will continue to haemorrhage.

Anyone know if Mr Attis can be persuaded to get involved ?

Whenever you hear of rumoured board unrest, it all tends to lead back to Sharp and George. This supposed inner power struggle at board level isn’t going to end well.

Worst thing Michelle did was hand down the shares to those two. I hope somebody comes along as buys the pair of them out. The ex motorbike commentator that coincidently was a best mate of Sharp who was hired as chief exec can piss off as well.

What does he do, again ?

Sharp and George appear to with the ones with the ££ keeping us afloat. Whether that is added to the debt or not, it’s currently our only lifeline

See UNITY all over Facebook meeting with Michelle pushing their raffles and scratch cards etc and the Club embracing them but they will not engage with the Trust for a massive input of money !!

But Michelle did give them their shares, Michelle was all for the fc 100,000, Michelle helped bring the CEO in, Michelle allowed or was instrumental in shiting on Danny, Michelle was the one who fed us the narrative the debt was almost paid down.

Michelle saved the club no doubt, but all the shenanigans off the field she has to take the her share of the criticism, she is head of the table and the one with the most shares.

    Simple translation of Michelle’s statement:
It is fine to hand us yor cash in dribs and drabs with no influence or input.

We don’t want substantial sums of money from folks that might want to interfere next time we have a stupid idea.

Do you actually support Scunny Awaywego? Every single post is against the club , which given the amount of time you spend on here , makes you look so sad

Well the Trust were putting a scheme forward for members to buy the shares on a monthly payment plan over a set period. The club are happy to do that with certain season ticket holders why not with a share issue? They will get the money in full when the timeline for the share scheme expires.

So in real terms the trust hasn’t got 100k. So just an idea why don’t they save the money until they have they may have discounts could be available

Depends on what you call support, went to 90%+ of home games last season probably 10+ away games where I get behind the team.
Financially very little just 2 under 18 season tickets this season so £150
The club itself, meaning the board and most of the non playing staff very little support if at all.
Did get behind Turnbull (indeed one of his biggest champions when he came back from Peterborough) when he fed which now turns out to be bullshit. I’ll always be there for the fans comes to mind lol. Then eventually threatens fans with a knock on the door from the police.
I tend to get behind the team (performance permitting) and unlike many others on here who believe it’s fair game to boo a player on to the pitch, in the first game of the season, that after a 3 month break, and you question my support.
    What do you call support?

That’s why the Trust raised the idea of the shareholder scheme, it couldn’t be much clearer and the club hasn’t offered a reason publicly to fans why they rejected the idea, not sure why they wouldn’t encourage a scheme where a larger number of fans have a chance to purchase club shares over a longer period to be part of the club. Thousands of fans are encouraged by the club to be part of the Iron experience on match day why not a large number of fans becoming part of the club through a shareholder scheme? Makes no sense to me, they ask for support here’s a chance to make that support permanent and raise money for the club independent of match day revenue.

Share savers are a great return on something thats making money. The Trust should save as much money in a bank then buy some shares at least the club will benefit from the interest

The club invite the unity group down to the attis,
Where’s the invite for the FSA recognized group the Trust.

What’s Michelle doing (and it was Michelle not Ian or George WG) talking to them about future fan engagement, she tried after the failed after the fc100,000 saga inviting fans to come forward for the club to engage with, I say failed because we’ve never heard a sniff since.
Not that I’m a member but even I recognize that the group and the only group they should be talking about is fan engagement is the Trust.
Anyone know what happened to the official supporters group shares after it was disbanded.

Is it because the Unity bunch spend most days down the ground doing odd jobs, doing the odd raffle here and there but just generally hanging around the ground. The Trust I believe turn up on match days at Trust Corner and sell their stuff and have general chat with fans on the day. Just a thought it might be because of a greater presence around the ground from the Unity bunch?

Simple question does trust have 100k if so the worst thing you can do is give it to the club. Invest it and give them the interest or profits you still have your money only saying

You asked a straight question about going to a meeting. Why didn’t you say what you really meant instead of being snidy?
I also believe the fact the trust are proposing to raise funds you know they haven’t got £100k ,Why should anyone just give the club anything? The trust have a clear aim, that’s what they were set up to do.
Just like unity just want to give for nothing, that’s their aim
