July 21, 2025 at 3:21 pm #307358Regarding the design, ‘meybaaaa, I don’t really want to know…’
July 21, 2025 at 3:27 pm #307359We’ve gone from one of the best looking home shirts we’ve had to one of the worst.

July 21, 2025 at 6:28 pm #307370It’s fine it’s just another bloody football shirt in the clubs colours, so what?, just get on with it.

July 21, 2025 at 7:23 pm #307371In your opinion
July 21, 2025 at 7:37 pm #307372I think it’s a great video, well put together, and the shirt links well (excuse the pun) to the town.
UTI – what more can we expect?July 21, 2025 at 7:51 pm #307373Well, against popular opinion it seems, I like the shirt design. The quality of material will be a key factor.
July 21, 2025 at 8:10 pm #307374Great launch video (again) but I do not like the shirt (don’t really care though as I haven’t owned one since my teens).
One thing that stood out is the EHM part of the sponsor isn’t in the middle of the shirt which looks terrible!

Which is really odd considering it is centered in the leaked preview pictures.
July 21, 2025 at 8:36 pm #307376Nice that Knills squirrel got in there.
Thought the video was good again.July 21, 2025 at 8:37 pm #307377looks good to me. I don’t understand what all the whining is about

July 21, 2025 at 9:03 pm #307379But you aren’t everyone and your voice alone like mine means nothing.its a forum ffs we have different opinions.
It’s not and will not be a scunny unity group.July 21, 2025 at 9:13 pm #307380One thing that stood out is the EHM part of the sponsor isn’t in the middle of the shirt which looks terrible!

Very good spot, you are correct…which does make it really odd!
July 21, 2025 at 9:48 pm #307382Maybe the delay was down to getting the sponsor centred? Assume the ones in the leak are the match shirts for tomorrow night, so perhaps the rectification took some time and that’s why we’ve been in a thrown together kit
July 21, 2025 at 10:29 pm #307383Might just be my eyesight but the E hexagon looks closer to the chain line in the leaked pic than the M hexagon.
Maybe the logo is designed like that.
July 22, 2025 at 6:55 am #307386And maybe the delay was to do with the back of the shirt sponsors only just being announced. Unless it’s an iron on logo.
Same last season they weren’t announced to just prior of the winterton friendly.
All the Abbeys were at the game.
The Last time I saw Wally Reid as well may he rest in peace.July 22, 2025 at 7:56 am #307387Slick vid.
Shirt – my views are irrelevant as we’ll be playing in it.
Designer – anchor?
BDSM connotations?
Next kit – perhaps a fan vote?1 user thanked author for this post.
July 22, 2025 at 8:21 am #307388The clash between the shirt design and the position of the sponsor logo is awful.
July 22, 2025 at 8:21 am #307389Saw one team had a children’s competition to design the away shirt, get em involved at young age.
Now there’s a start Rene club, fan involvement without it impeding their running of the club.July 22, 2025 at 9:28 am #307396I quite like the shirt but I haven’t bought one for years.

I hate the shirt and usually buy, but not this time.
July 22, 2025 at 10:33 am #307399So you buy to satisfy your fashion ideals not to support your club, fair enough.

July 22, 2025 at 10:50 am #307401Don’t really like it as it far too busy.
Way too much going on with the stripes at the shoulders, the chain links and the sponsor’s logo. If the links were on the shoulders instead of those gash stripes it would have been better IMO.
There also looks to be pulling at the neckline and under the armpits. Poor stitching or wrong sizing?
However, I’ll wait until I’ve seen the full ensemble out on a football pitch. May look okay from a distance. Say ten miles or so!
July 22, 2025 at 11:06 am #307402So you buy to satisfy your fashion ideals not to support your club, fair enough.
I buy to support the Club and at the same time to feel proud – something I would not be able to feel in this particular shirt. I’d be embarrassed to wear something so clumsily designed. Don’t panic, my hard-earned will still get to the Club somehow – just not as payment for this shite.
July 22, 2025 at 11:07 am #307403Is Hilton working undercover in the Meyba Design Team?
July 22, 2025 at 1:17 pm #307411The issue of the HEM part of the logo looking too close to one of the naff chains may be more to do with it not being centred correctly on the company logo above HITEK? Manufacturers may have decided centring HITEK was more important than the HEM part above it?
Just a thought
July 22, 2025 at 1:42 pm #307415That’s what I was trying to say in my earlier post Deery but you have put it much more clearly.
