Certainly not a good watch Ironawe, very sad how my two teams have fallen in the last few years.
Man u looked just looked like us in our poor spell last season, dont like that style of play, tf Butler ditched it here, well at least for now!
Embarrassing to say the least from them.

Still can’t believe scunny fans wanting the cods to win, sacrilege.

Thought you might say that. For one night only. And I had a shower this morning to get rid of any fishy smells! :0

Well there was more then a shower raining down at Blunder Park last night and as for Man U they were a proper bloody shower, I reckon we’ve all been purged of our fishy odour by now.

They’ve probably got a Blue Moon or a Liverbird under that Claret and Blue…

They deserved to win tbh, should beat Sheffield Wednesday too, however they’ve got the media to turn on the waterworks over there and if SW get through… wait for the plum draw.

Hope for once in my Life Lincoln beat Chelsea, Scum club.

We’re not all two teamers, though I know most Leeds Iron would have been delighted last night.

We beat Sheffield Wednesday from the top division and that’s it folks. What a shite record we have in cup competitions.
One grandson has only seen us win once in the cup in his 8 seasons and that was against Newcastle bloody town ffs.
And there we have fans wanting local rivals to win and all the publicity they get.

Wanting the Cods to beat Yanited last night has bugger all to do with our poor cup showings in recent history.

it will keep the United fans off here for a day or two, also they will have to concentrate on European glory now, but did they qualify

    Are there any on here?
I reckon any decent fan will hate them more now ,giving the Cod filth something to Crow about

Well gone past Fergie time now, and it’s getting out of hand, and don’t we know it yesterday and obviously the playoffs final.
Would like to see the clock stop as in rugby where everyone knows when the correct time is up.

The player in question missed his penalty so it certainly didn’t affect the shootout.

Surprised the FA haven’t thrown the Cods out and put the Mancs through, you know how the football authorities love licking the a**e of the bigger clubs particularly Man U, glad they didn’t though, funniest result of the year last week.

To put it into context, the registration went through less than TWO minutes after the deadline. It was us that pointed out to the FA. They said that it was clearly an error and there was no intent to cheat the system. TWO MINUTES late.
Apparently Jim Radcliffe passed it onto Ounana to investigate it. He dropped all charges.

Despite what we think of the Cods, this decision by Wednesday is appalling:

Could understand if they could go on and sell them to their own fans, Chelsea do it with their fa cup home games. But Wednesday fans are boycotting games.
Grimsby the club itself should be able to stand any cost for unsold tickets from the man utd revenue.

The fact is there will be very few SW fans in the stadium anyway why impose a stipulation like that. No wonder SW are in the shite.

Why are we bothering with this? Fact is if it was the other way round Cods fans would be laughing their ***** off!

No one needs to bother with it if they don’t wish to. As a football supporter, regardless of our ingrained rivalries, it’s a shitty situation worth highlighting in my opinion.
