Begs the question why in this day and age is such a poor service being provided, I mean listening to different opinions it’s not just the visual streaming experience it’s garbage comments with the presenters lacking basic oral presentation and hardly any research to back up the basic facts about players and staff of both teams taking part, amateurish at best.
Are DAZN responsible for commentary or just pictures? We usually get RH when we’re at home.
Was going by last season’s playoff semi final and final highlights which they covered and commentated on, wasn’t Humberside doing those commentaries on DAZN highlights then.
August 12, 2025 at 2:33 am #309641Unbelievable. I have since found out I’ve been locked into a contract with DAZN, even though it stated you could cancel with 30 days notice.
This is copy and pasted from their site…
“Your subscription has been cancelled as of the earliest possible date. You’ll still have access to DAZN until 2026-08-09 and will be charged until then”
These lot are taking the piss. I can’t even contact a member of staff about it as they don’t even have any to contact.
August 12, 2025 at 3:01 am #309642I’ve basically been conned. This is a reply….
“I would like to inform you that, after checking your viewing history and the plan selected, you are unfortunately not eligible for an immediate cancellation and refund at this time. This is due to the content accessed under your account, which makes it ineligible as per our policy and terms of use”
Basically lied in the contract before I signed up. The 30 days notice on cancelling the subscription doesn’t mean obviously mean anything. I’ve got a good mind to block the payments through my credit card.
August 12, 2025 at 3:11 am #309643Apparently the 30 days notice was for the month to month plan and not the 12 month plan, even though I thoroughly read both and the option was in both contracts. I wish I had taken a screen shot.
They clearly could cancel it, but won’t. Hiding behind bullshit about viewing rights.
Absolute frauds.
August 12, 2025 at 3:54 am #309644The quality of that broadcast from Tamworth was an utter disgrace. Fact.
But, as for overall value – I got the £99 deal for the season. Adding fixtures abroad, whilst I am trying to find a bit of winter sunshine, means that I can legitimately get matches at around a fiver apiece across the season.
Ask me if I would rather have a shockingly poor quality broadcast or zilch – well, for me that’s a no brainer.
Even so, I am rather hoping that ‘the Tamworth horror’ will not be repeated all that often.August 12, 2025 at 9:45 am #309663DAZN have a history of unscrupulous behaviour with customers. They first entered the boxing world 7/8 years ago and provided and a poor service back then with lag/buffering issues and tying customers into longer contracts than expected.
One of the many reasons why everyone now has a dodgy box.

Being streamed on the Enterprise National League YouTube channel, presumably free of charge. Hopefully this link will work for those interested:
