That’s not to say that the direction is wrong – so it must be the communication of it that’s at fault. To be honest, Butler and Musselwhite stand on the sidelines barking throughout home matches and I’ve seen players struggle to decipher what’s being said. So that is just one part of the whole communication breakdown.
