As above, we can’t be certain that Campbell is better than Jones but Butler gave him a new contract so surely he’s seen something in training to suggest he’s getting better. Jones has made some good saves but looks shaky, who wouldn’t behind that defence? So, is Campbell safer than Jones? Only one way to find out but if he’s not going to get a chance then why resign him?
