Errrr, pensions are NOT “benefits” despite what slimy politicians call them.
We pay into them weekly, exactly as much as they calculate they need.
If the politicians then take that money, add it to the general pot, then spend/squander it on anything BUT pensions, is no-one’s fault but theirs.
