Surely it’s the sweaty bodies that smell?
Tbh, my footy shirts smell better than my fotl workshirts which are cotton.
Cooler washes mean bacteria in the shirts aren’t killed, and reactivate within an hour of putting it on.
So much so that I’ve started to use laundry disinfectant when I wash them.
