Yes and when they come up for renewal, you communicate and just be upfront and tell them they want Brads to takeover the outlet, basically the opposite to what they do do.
Ps. Ironawe they’ve now opened it up with brads for the mortz stand, and nothing wrong with that if they’d just been upfront.
