Greatest Improvement needed over the season – Quality of the passing and direction. Chuckle bros style will not be good enough.
Neither will a stubborn attitude from AB.
The team needs stability establishing asap, and a formation that helps the players settle quickly. Experimentation will lead to more fails than successes I fear.
My final request – No Targeting ! All games are there to be won, but go into them with indecision and problems occur.
