This needs to be considered when querying certain player decisions that Butler is making. He will be limited by his budget set by the owners who haven’t got deep enough pockets to sustain any losses (and nor should they )
The difference in budgets between ours and particularly Carlisle, Southend and Forest Green will be behind Butler’s comments around supporters expectations for the new season. Although I don’t think he should be making such comments before a ball has been kicked.
